Wall Street never saw it coming. Earlier today, BlogCorp launched on behalf of their client a new blog called DealBreaker.com that is taking the world's financial district by storm.

Conceived by founding editor of Gawker.com, Elizabeth Spiers, DealBreaker is a blog covering the news and gossip on Wall Street. Featuring daily snarkiness, funny posts and a publicly-editable wiki called PlayerBase, DealBreaker promises to become the online destination for Wall Street news and gossip.

Gamezebo.com Launches

BlogCorp, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of Gamezebo.com, a new blog from former Yahoo! Games executive, Joel Brodie. Focused on providing news, review and previews of the casual gaming market, Gamezebo is a blog built using the powerful MovableType publishing platform. Gamezebo accomplishes some firsts in the blog market. It is the first commercial blog to use the RightFields plugin from Kevin Shay. RightFields makes it possible to extend MovableType to an almost unlimited number of custom data fields.

Cameron Won the Cruise!

Fortune InteractiveMany thanks to Fortune Interactive for picking my name out of a hat to win the 3-day cruise they were giving away at Ad:Tech NYC yesterday.

My fiancee is ecstatic since we've never gone on a cruise before. We get to choose between one of two cruises to the Bahamas or a cruise from Long Beach to Mexico. Since we've got our wedding coming up in January in the Virgin Islands, I think we'll save the cruise certificate and use it next fall and go to the Bahamas again.

Ad:Tech NYC, November 7-9, 2005

Once again, we're attending Ad:Tech here in NYC. Look for us wandering the exhibit halls and schmoozing with the conference attendees.

Folio Show, November 1-3, 2005

One of our magazine clients invited us to the Folio Show here in NYC. It's the largest conference for magazine publishers in the country. Can't wait to see what these folks think about blogs and embracing their online communities.
