In April 2005 BlueFly, Inc. contracted with BlogCorp to develop a consumer-based blog to serve the fashion design industry. Called "Flypaper: Stuck on Style", BlueFly's blog is written by editors in Los Angeles and managed by staff in New York City.
The Flypaper blog runs on top of Six Apart's MovableType blog cplatform, with anti-spam technology filtering out the illegitimate comments. Design, implementation and template integration took about four weeks from start to finish.
BlogCorp worked closely with BlueFly's IT department on server configuration for MovableType. For this project we were responsible for the technology implementation, the MovableType template integration, plugin installation/configuration and worked closely with teams on both coasts to make Bluefly's blog strategy as streamlined as possible.
